Crestova Global provides career counselling, resume enhancement, technical training, skill upgrade programs, interview support and recruiter-assisted job applications for international students and professionals in the US and Canada.

3. Not legal or immigration advice

We are not a law firm and don't provide immigration legal advice. Information about visas, work permits and sponsorship is general guidance only. For your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney (US) or a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer (Canada).

4. Fees

Our pricing is performance-based. The specific fee, when it's due, and any conditions are set out in your individual service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

5. No guarantee of employment

We work hard to help you get hired, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We don't guarantee a job offer, a particular salary, a timeline or visa approval. Salary calculator results, statistics and case studies are illustrative and not promises.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, truthful information, including on resumes and applications.
• Keep your visa or work-permit status valid and tell us about changes.
• Attend scheduled sessions and interviews, or give reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

Our website content, training materials and guides belong to Crestova Global and are for your personal use only. Your resume and personal content remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crestova Global isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Termination

Either party may end services as described in your service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
