Crestova Global was started by former international students who watched too many talented people run out of visa time because of bad advice, automated rejections and “we don't sponsor.”
The origin story
[Founder Name] came to [country] on an F-1 visa, finished a master's in [field], and then spent months firing off applications with nothing to show for it. The problem wasn't skill. Nobody had explained how sponsorship works, which employers actually sponsor, or how to get past the software that reads your resume before a human ever does.
After finally landing a sponsored role, they started helping friends do the same, then friends of friends. That turned into Crestova Global: a placement team built only for international students, paid only when our students get hired.
Why “pay when you're placed”?
